LOXX installs rooftop photovoltaic system
The largest photovoltaik system (10 000m²) of the Solar City, reaching a peak capacity of 360 kWh.

10 000m² surface, 1 764 solar panels with an output of 361,62 kWp - that sums up to the largest photovoltaic system of the city of Gelsenkirchen. In the morning of 4th, April 2008, mayor Frank Baranowski joined by Dr. Rainer von Coubière (ELE), Mr. Marinus Boogert (Scheuten Solar) and Mrs. Marga Marczyk (LOXX environmental management delegate) officially commissioned the photovoltaic system.
