E.ON Engineering is headquartered in Gelsenkirchen where they plan and develop international power plant projects. Besides planning conventional power plants the company is also in charge of numerous projects regarding renewable energies and waste management.
Currently the company is preparing and managing the development of a new generation of efficient conventional power plants. They are to replace outdated plants all over Europe.
