Its main features:
• Photovoltaic plant generating electricity
• Combined heat and power unit (CHP) using natural gas
• Heating and cooling with waste heat utilization of the CHP
• Additional use of suspended cooling ceilings, fed by
• Heat pumps with 36 ground spikes up to 150 m deep
• Glas front with inside light channeling sunblinds and
• Ventilation at night.
